If you work at Target or like to work there, you should know or soon know that things are different there. To get benefits, you must work for 1000 hours, total, just to start benefits. You must get a work schedule that provides enough hours to maintain benefits,. You will soon find that they managed to prevent you from being able to do that. Target has plans to to build many Target stores, in a quest to undersell Walmart or any other store. Do not expect to have a moment to be friends with others, they expect your undivided attention, they expect more done in less time, with less people. Example unload the truck in less than 2 hour, neatly, for a 2000 or more piece truck, be on all on the shelves everywhere in less than 2 hours, many people leave, because its very demanding work.
